I got the $199 price from Finch technologies, they actually have pre-sale pricing on their website https://finch-vr.com/ Finch is one of the several 3rd party companies developing controllers for the Vive Focus under the Vive Wave platform program. I never suggested that Nolo was one of the companies but HTC said they asked Nolo to be one of the companies that make 3rd party controllers for the Focus and Nolo declined.
