We discussed Mixed Reality Performance Art, how the popularity of Dance Dance Revolution ties into Beat Saber, and Prototyping Designs with Gravity Sketch VR for the Automotive Industry, an application that is now being developed for professional design work with a business to business model.
At the Game Developer Conference in 2018 Micah Blumberg and Kevin Kunze hosted a round table conversation about Mixed Reality with Daniel Thomas the CTO at Gravity Sketch (Based in London) besides being the Chief Technical Officer of Gravity Sketch, Daniel wrote the code for Gravity Sketch VR.
We also spoke to Cix Liv who is the CEO of LIV a company that builds software that powers mixed reality and that among other things makes the well known (in the VR industry) Liv Cube and his company made the original the Beat Saber video that went viral and is estimated to have been viewed over 150 million times. We also spoke to Swan (SwanVRart aka Shuang van Reizen) who is also part of the team at Liv. Swan was the performer that starred in that video that went viral.
In the podcast we also spoke to Gemma Busoni who works at Unity and her friend Michael who is working on a stealth project in the VR industry.
